Quiet Dallas is a new e-commerce distribution center that is located within the last mile of Dallas Texas. This new typology is a hybrid between a typical warehouse for high end retail and a retail store. The design allows for goods to be cataloged and distributed in a hyper efficient way, using technology- integrated logistic and state of the art robotics to deliver products the same day they are purchased. The structure uses economically intelligent materials to create functional operation centers while still providing open, healthy, and inviting workspaces for employees and customers.
